Managing Director
Born in Bangkok and raised across India, China, and Switzerland, Pitt’s early exposure to diverse cultures laid a strong foundation for his career in global hospitality. He completed his degree with honors at Les Roches Switzerland and was awarded the Eta Sigma Delta academic distinction at the age of 19.
Pitt began his career in revenue management with leading hotel groups such as Accor and Marriott, before joining a revenue management consultancy firm where he led strategies across more than 40 hotel assignments—including pre-openings, rebrandings, and performance turnarounds—spanning boutique independents to international brands. His passion for luxury hospitality deepened during the pre-opening of Capella Bangkok, where he played a key role in shaping the property’s commercial direction.
With nearly two decades of experience and involvement in over 50 hotel projects, Pitt now leads PAVO Hospitality Solutions with a focus on bespoke strategies that reflect each property’s unique identity—delivering results with integrity, precision, and care.
